Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from institutional buyers. Don't see yours here? Contact us directly.

Do you accept GPO contract pricing?
Yes. If your facility purchases through a group purchasing organization, we can access your negotiated pricing on Midmark and UMF equipment. Include your GPO member number when you request a quote and we'll confirm eligibility. How GPO purchasing works
Which manufacturers do you carry?
We carry exam tables, procedure chairs, cabinetry, and clinical equipment from Clinton, Midmark, and UMF Medical. Browse the full catalog
Why don't I see prices listed on product pages?
Pricing on exam tables and clinical equipment depends on your GPO contract, configuration, and shipping requirements, so we quote every order individually rather than listing a single price. Request a quote on any product page and we'll get back to you with pricing specific to your facility.
What's the warranty on these products?
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type — for example, Midmark cabinetry carries a 10-year limited warranty, while most exam tables and chairs carry shorter terms. Ask us for the specific warranty on any item you're considering, and we'll confirm it before you order.
Can you help design a custom casework layout for a new space?
Yes — send us your architectural drawings and we'll build a free 3D rendering showing how Midmark casework fits your room, at no cost. Get a free 3D rendering
Can I compare two or three tables side by side?
Yes. Use our compare tool to see dimensions, weight capacity, electrical specs, and features side by side across any of our brands — not limited to a single manufacturer's lineup. Compare products
Do you sell replacement parts and accessories, not just complete units?
Yes — many of our tables and chairs have compatible accessories (armboards, IV poles, headrests, casters, and more) listed on their product pages, each with the specific part number for that model.

For Hospital & Large-Facility Buyers

Questions we hear most from materials management, supply chain, and facilities teams evaluating a new supplier.

Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?
Yes. We work directly with Clinton, Midmark, and UMF Medical, so every product ships new with full manufacturer warranty coverage — not gray-market or reconditioned equipment.
Can you handle a large order for a new facility build-out or system-wide standardization?
Yes. Whether you're outfitting a single exam room or standardizing equipment across multiple departments or facilities, we can help you specify consistent configurations and manage the order as one coordinated request rather than piecemeal purchases.
How is delivery coordinated for large or multi-site orders?
We offer white-glove delivery and installation nationwide, not just freight drop-off. For sizable orders or new-facility buildouts, tell us your dock access, delivery windows, and whether you want white-glove service when you request a quote — we'll coordinate scheduling around your project timeline.
Do you install the equipment, or just deliver it?
Both, if you want it. White-glove delivery and installation is available nationwide — placement in the room, assembly, and removal of all packaging — so your staff isn't left to assemble tables and chairs on-site. Let us know at quote time if you'd like white-glove service included. See exactly what's included
What happens if I need service or replacement parts after the sale?
Most of our power tables and chairs have published replacement parts and accessories, each with its own manufacturer part number, listed directly on the product page. For anything not listed, contact us and we'll help identify the right part.
Does pricing reflect volume for multi-unit orders?
Yes, pricing can reflect order volume in addition to your GPO contract. Let us know your expected quantity when you request a quote so we can provide pricing appropriate to the size of your order.
Does this equipment meet ADA and infection-control expectations for healthcare facilities?
Many of our tables and chairs are designed to meet U.S. Access Board ADA accessibility recommendations and use seamless, cleanable upholstery intended for infection prevention. Check the individual product page for the specific compliance and material details of any item you're considering.
